PressureMAT- A monitor, alarm, and transmitter system designed for use with the PendoTECH Single Use Pressure Sensors for use with up to 4 sensors. There are numerous applications in biopharmaceutical production processes where the system can be used such as filtration, chromatography, and disposable or glass bioreactor pressure monitoring and control. Models available that also read other sensors and a PC based data acquisition package is also available.

Single Use Pressure Sensors- Single Use Pressure Sensors are available for use with PressureMAT and PendoTECH Process Control System and other monitors. They are the alternative low-cost solution for use with tubing and bioprocess containers to the existing stainless steel pressure sensors on the market. They are available for use on tubing from a luer size to 1 inch inner diameter. They are also robust enough for re-use for development applications.

Single Use Temperature Sensors and Monitors- Single Use Temperature Sensors are available for measuring temperature in line or the luer sensor can be used to measure temperature on a port. The are different monitor options available including a handheld monitor with data logging option and there is also a sensor transmitter option.

UV Absorbance Sensor and Monitors- The UV Sensor Flow Cell allows UV absorbance to be measured non-invasively to the flow path. The compact spectrophotometer provides the light source via fiber optics and monitors the absorbance and the output can be read by different data loggers, display terminals, and integrated to control systems.

Flow Sensors and Monitors- The PendoTECH Coriolis Flow Meter accurately measures liquid mass flow independent of liquid properties and does not obstruct the fluid path. A version with a replaceable fluid path is planned. There is also a selection of disposable rotary flow meters offered by PendoTECH that can conveniently measure flow in your process both accurately and cost effectively in specific applications.

PendoTECH TFF Process Control System- Automate your TFF/Crossflow Filtration processes. It is loaded with features such as batch recipe control, multiple scale inputs, pH and conductivity inputs, and a power graphical user interface package that includes data acquisition.

PendoTECH Filter Screening System - Automates monitoring of pressure across depth filters to evaluate filter performance in comparative studies with up to four parallel experiment possible. Features a function PC-based graphical user interface for process monitoring, control and data acquisition. For filtration screening studies, up to 12 pressure sensors/filters can be used (3 per train) and constant pressure (flow decay) experiments may be conducted simultaneously.

PendoTECH Depth Filtration System- For process monitoring and data acquisition for a complete process unit operation. Inputs include up to 3 pressure sensors per train with high pressure and high delta pressure alarm monitoring. Other inputs include weight and analytical sensors such as turbidity and conductivity with different flow meter options. Any pump with an analog 4-20mA speed control input and remote on/off capability can be integrated to the system. For a less sophisticated system, the PressureMAT with its data acquisition software can be used for this application.

Bioreactor Pressure Monitoring & Control- Automate monitoring and control of the pressure in multiple glass or disposable bioreactors via integration of disposable pressure sensors and automated tubing pinch valves. Also available is the Bioreactor Sensor Transmitter that is a monitor/transmitter to read one pressure sensor and also the Presens non-invasive pH, dO2, and CO2 optical sensors to ease integration of these technologies to an existing control system.

Bioreactor Control System- Perfect for control of a glass or single use bioreactors. It has a lot of features including the ability to use traditional pH and DO probes and non-invasive sensors. The powerful graphical user interface controls different modes of operation including batch, fed-batch, perfusion. There are also set-up wizards that will have everything up and running in hours.

PendoKIT™ Process Control Solutions- Basic stand-alone process control systems with many choices of inputs and outputs available- can be used for customized applications where multiple systems are required or for OEM applications. The system can integrate scales, pumps, single use pressure sensors (up to 12), stainless steel pressure transducers, automated tubing pinch valves, bubble detectors, liquid sensors and more!

Throttling Pinch Valve- Use to control either flow or pressure through flexible tubing by entering the desired set point on the valve.

Our Magma Advanced Pumping System featuring an air diaphragm pump and our Piston Diaphragm Pumping Systems can be used for applications where low shear/sterility/containment is required and where the peristaltic pump is not a good fit.

Pinch Valves- use to start / stop a flow through tubing. A frequent optional accessory to different PendoTECH products.
