Our PendoKIT™ custom configurable process control/monitoring system can be configured to automate a liquid transfer process such as used in media and buffer preparation operations:

For This Application Features Include:

• Vessel weight control will shut off pump when the set-point is reached
• Pressure monitoring with stainless steel or disposable pressure sensors and if pressure set-point is exceeded, pump will shut off and alarm will be triggered
• Non-intrusive air detector will shut off pump if air is detected in the tubing to prevent air from being pumped into a bag

• Liquid detector can be placed in the bottom of the tote to detect for potential leaks and if a leak is detected, the pump will shut off and alarm will be triggered
• Custom configured to meet your process requirements via approval of design specification
• Other options to create your own custom system include additional scales, alarm outputs, bubble detector, pinch valve control, and peristaltic pump control
• Comes with all cables and connectors, factory tested and ready for use
• Available with IQ/OQ templates
