| Low Shear Sanitary Liquid- Liquid Mixing | |||||

| The Magma APS can be used for low shear mixing of readily miscible liquids without the use of an impeller by providing gentle agitation of the liquid in the process vessel. It can be adapted to existing tank drains or disposable containers. With the weight control option, an automated mixing and dilution system can be created. If configured properly, the Magma pump can also be used for transfer of liquid from the vessel after mixing. | |||||

To the left you can see an example of using Magma APS-50. 5.2 ml of dye was added to 1 liter of water. 1 minute and 40 seconds later is the 1st picture. Then the Magma APS was turned on. Within 10 seconds, the dye is completely mixed - 2nd picture. |
