Welcome to Bioreactor Pressure Control and Monitoring page.

Our PendoKIT™ custom configurable process control/monitoring system can be configured to automate monitoring and control of the pressure in multiple glass or disposable bioreactors via integration of disposable pressure sensors and automated tubing pinch valves. Also, the readings can be output to a separate process control system or PC. The NEW PressureMAT single disposable pressure monitor/alarm/transmitter is designed for use with only one sensor.

PendoKIT Control System can monitor up to six pressure sensors; PressureMAT one pressure sensor
Alarm set-points can be entered for a pressure below the minimum or above the maximum pressure
Alarm can be tied to automated tubing pinch valve to provide pressure relief/control and/or a building alarm system
PendoTECH Single Use Pressure Sensors with luer fitting are available sterile for aseptic connection after autoclave or may be gamma sterilized with tubing or bioreactor; Single Use Pressure Sensors are o ptimized for larger process scales.
Data output to a process control system via 4-20mA output or PC via RS232 output is available
Available with IQ/OQ templates

One normally open electric pinch valve with power supplied via connector on rear for remote control of valve

One normally open pneumatic pinch valve with air inlet on box and power supplied to solenoid valve in the box via connector on rear for remote control of valve
