PendoTECH can assist in customized solutions to meet unique user requirements not offered as standard products. These PendoKIT solutions are custom enclosures to package together some of the off-the-shelf products in an organized fashion: the PMAT-DAQ flexible monitor to view and record multiple data parameters and carts such as pump carts and pilot TFF carts. To configure a Pilot Cart for a customer, a Functional Design Specification (FDS) Template is used to ensure the components will all fit together optimally. There is also an IQ-OQ available that maps to the FDS and this process follows the GAMP Methodology also referred as the “V-Model.”
Custom enclosures and cabling solutions can be designed to provide a more water-tight organized design when multiple PendoTECH monitors are desired to be used together. This is particularly useful for products in clean rooms where wipe-down waster ingress protection is desired. The boxes are sealed with a gasket and IP-66/67 connectors are used.
In the situation where multiple parameters are desired to be displayed together with an option to log the data, the PMAT-DAQ is the ideal solution. Some monitors such as the PendoTECH UV/Turbidity Photometers do not have display and the PMAT-DAQ can be used to display multiple units. In addition, it can power and read multiple rotary flow meters . Overall 4 analog inputs and/or flow meter inputs can be connected. The analog inputs may be milliamp such as a 4-20mA signal or a voltage input. There is the ability to name the units and set the span in the setup menu. The flow meters K factor can be entered which give the ability to use a wide range of flow meters.
A customer decides the configuration they desire for example for a TFF Pilot Cart. After the order is received a Functional Design Specification (FDS) Template is generated so ordered components will all fit together optimally. After review of the cart design in the FDS, if desired or required, the cart basic design is modified. There is also an IQ-OQ available that maps to the FDS and this process follows the GAMP Methodology also referred as the “V-Model.”
